I picked up Workbasket's Quaker Halloweens - Bat from the finisher today. I have really mixed feelings.
The cost to me was $83.00 --- the finisher provided the backing material, cording, and stuffing. The cording is not well made. It has two pulls in the silver cord. I suggested plain, navy cording (although I did say I would permit "artistic license" to suit the project and to match the backing fabric --- maybe navy didn't look good with the backing fabric).I absolutely LOVE the fabric she used as backing. It picks up the colors in the bat nicely.
Anyway, it's cute. Not sure it's $88.00 cute. I think I'll try doing my own finishing the next time and see IF I can do it myself.

Gosh, I know it is different in £s , but it does seem dear. Even so though it is lovely! Suzie. x
Love it. Beautiful piece.
Cheers!
Thanks.
$83.00 = 56.39 Euros
Adorable piece!!! For 83.00 I would be doing it myself, for such a small piece too.
Very cute. you did a great job on your finishing.
I think it is cute but way to expensive.
