Ready for the Finisher

Quaker Bat is finished and ready to be made into a pillow.

I really thought I would have to force myself to work on him. I was afraid that one color would drive me to boredom, but it didn't. The pattern was fun.

So ... now it's back to the stash to see what other spooky stuff lurks in there.

Very cute, can't wait to see the finished pillow. have you got some great spooky fabric to use for him?

I'm sending him OUT to be finished. The finisher will decide what to back him with, but I'm going to suggest a black checked wool with a braided cord around the edge.

Your bat is AWESOME! I've decided that it is a female, so she could fully appreciate having those gorgeous wings! lol

Dee, your ideas for fabric & trim sound wonderful! I can picture it in my mind, and anxious to see the finished pillow.

Soooo, you've had a few hours to decide now. .what's next? lol

Thanks everyone ... Batty is at the finisher.

The fabric on the back will most likely be a black (or navy) and white check wool with a black/or navy braid around the edge.
