Skeleton Crew

Skeleton Crew by The Cricket Collection done on the required fabric (sorry I can't remember the name of it!) 28 count with glow in the dark Kreinik for the skeletons
I did this a few years ago and changed the fibers for the skeletons and you should see it glow in the dark! It is so cool and it was worth the struggle of using the Kreinik for it. I have yet to get it framed though. Hopefully soon! Enjoy!

Very cool! I have that one in my stash --- it's about half way!

Congrats on the finish.

How mean to spoil this absolutely fantastic post with a spam response. It should be removed.

Getting beyond that, this is another project that is SO cool!!! I've never seen this one, not that I've seen a lot of them, but it is very different, and clever. And Lori, you made it even better using the glow in the dark threads!

This reminds me of my Dept 56 Halloween Village pieces that I set up each Fall. I have a haunted pirate ship and light house, and they make a whole bunch of skeletons doing things like fishing, sitting on a bench reading, etc. and I make a whole vignette out of them.

You captured the whole feel with needle and thread!
VERY well done!! Thanks SO much for sharing this with us!!

Great finish. I love that design. Seeing yours makes me want to get back to work on mine. I'm using Dmc glow-in-the-dark for the skeletons and sails.
