a finish and a new start

I finished Halloween Fairy tonight. I had it finished a week ago except for one color of the beads. So a friend picked them up for me and mailed them. I received them today and couldn't wait to finish this piece. I started it in July last year.
This past Sunday I started the LK Boo Flip Its. I will be stitching on this every Sunday til it is done.

Here we go a haunting

This is my first finish of 2010. 'Here we go a haunting' by Shepherd's Bush I started on New Year's day and finished it at quarter to nine on the second of January. I also have the matching scissor fob. The limited edition box makes the whole project that little bit more special.

Hope everyone has a great 2010!

Halloween Fairy progress

I am getting back into my stitching rotation after working on RRs and exchanges for a few months. Today is Halloween day for me and so I pulled out Nora Corbett's Halloween Fairy. I have a little bit of backstitching left and then add the beads. I am hoping to finish it next Sunday.

Another Girls' Night Out

Here is my latest spooky finish. 'Another Girls' Night Out' from Just Nan. Stitched as charted, with the exception of the letters, which I did in black and not purple, my error! The fabric is 28ct Cashel Linen, Light Mocha. This piece is a gift but I will be doing it again in the future as a gift to me!

Halloween Poster

"Halloween Poster" by Stoney Creek, book 374 BooWitching

Hi all, I thought I would share my Halloween almost-finish (I ran out of floss to do the bottom and haven't made it to the LNS yet)
Follow Me by Primitive Needle, done on hand-dyed aida which looks almost checkered in the photo, though it's not.
I'm bummed that it's now 300+ days to Halloween!
