I haven't done much Halloween stitching lately, but here are a few smalls--a freebie from Primitive Betty, and a BBD stocking from the 'Tis Halloween booklet. Weather is starting to heat up here and I am already wishing it was fall!

This is Mill Hill Treats Collage. Most of the cross stitching is done and have to add the beads.

Moon Witch

This is a freebie from the Primitive Needle. I stitched it over-one on Sugar Maple Fabrics Petunia Patch. I didn't have the called for threads, so I picked my own and used Dmc, Dmc glow-in-the-dark, and Needle Necessities floss.

I have one little Halloween stitch going on right now. It's Checkers the Pumpkin. I have been neglecting him and want to get back to him.
Here's what he will look like. So far he's only a few stitches.

Open House

This weekend I finished Open House from The Cross-Eyed Cricket. This is stitched as charted with the recommended DMC floss on 28ct lilac cashel linen.


My next spooky stitch will be this one.


From Lavender Wing this is called Witches Riding By. It is stitched on 36ct linen with two strands of floss. Has anyone done this design? as I wonder if two strands of floss will make it look bulky.

Witchy Washy

Here is an updated picture of Witchy Washy :) I do have a lot more done on it as I'm now on the other side. My kitty button's tail broke but it still looks good. I didn't care for the spider button on it so I left it off :)
