newbie, sort of

Hi everyone. I have been feeling guilty because I begged for admittance to this SAL a few months ago and haven't contributed a thing, so here is my latest Halloween finish, Scared Silly by Birds of a Feather, along with a few others I have done over the past several weeks. More on my blog if you would like to look.

I am a married mom of two, have been cross-stitching for about 25 years and am an all-around Halloween fanatic!

I am looking forward to getting to
know you all!

A Spook-tacular Towel

There was plenty of stitching time today. I was home all day waiting for the internet guy to come replace our modem.

The upside to the wait is, I finished another Halloween towel. The pattern is from the Lizzie-Kate Flip-Its line, but with modifications to make it fit the towel.

Now I'm all ready for a spook-tacular time in the kitchen.

Update

I intend to start on Shepherd's Bush Halloween night. I think I will either start it this week or next. . I changed the fabric to 30 ct weeks dye works, dark purple. I think it looks really good with the colors.Until next time...
